Monica Do Coutto Monni

AXIAPSI Founder

Raised within the political, intellectual, and entrepreneurial circles of Rio de Janeiro, the former capital of Brazil, Monica observed and learned firsthand how established families navigated political and economic turbulence, reputational complexities, and the transition of generational wealth. Having personally managed the evolution from inherited legacy to independent reinvention, she brings an intimate grasp of both high-level influence and the necessity of resilience.

Beyond these structural insights, her path is grounded in a deep love for learning that materialized in lifelong specialized studies, and a genuine commitment to nurturing, forming and serving family, friends, clients, staff, students, and the underserved sectors of society.

Monica has successfully cultivated mutual trust and close collaborative bonds with colleagues and clients across three continents, allowing her to navigate the intricacies of a multicultural world with natural fluency. Such a deeply human foundation anchors her bespoke work, offering distinguished analysands across global hubs—including London, Paris, Toronto, and South America—a highly discreet space defined by genuine, peer-level empathy. Her practical comprehension of the human condition is backed by a decades-long career in clinical and existential consulting, human education and formation, alongside entrepreneurial experience.

A respected Canadian dual citizen, Monica served for fifteen years as the Executive Director of a regional non-profit Visiting Hospice funded by Ontario Health. As a Principal Consultant specializing in end-of-life care, grief, and complex loss across Northern Ontario and beyond, she has supported thousands of individuals and trained extensive networks of healthcare professionals, accumulating therapeutic and supervision hours well into the five digits.

An internationally engaged leader, she has organized worldwide conferences and represented Canada at the Annual Assemblies of the WHO and the United Nations. Today, AXIAPSI stands as the synthesis of her seven decades of multinational experience and clinical expertise. It is her legacy—a dedicated investment in the structural alignment, liberty of mind, and personal worth of global leaders.
